Every booking required someone to answer enquiries, confirm availability, collect patient details, arrange payment and coordinate the team. This created a lot of manual work around every appointment.

We're building an AI booking assistant that manages the entire process, from the first message to a confirmed appointment.
It answers enquiries, collects the information needed for the booking, checks availability, confirms the appointment, collects the deposit and sends the job to the right team member.
Instead of manually coordinating every request, Drip Lab Phuket can handle more bookings with less admin. The team gets more time to focus on patients and growing the service.
